About the Book

The 17 year old poetess of ‘If Life Wore Polka Dots’ is far from having a wise, grey streak of hair on her head. Yet, as she looks at the wardrobe of life, she can’t help but be in awe of the greys, all-blacks, florals, stripes, checks, and of course, polka dots, that are laid out for her. Her first anthology of poems is the personification of that very life. The poems are inspired reflections of her mind and heart. While some poems portray the surreal convolutions of her imagination, some embrace the worldly reality.
