About the Author

Daler Aashna Deol has devoted her life to serving the language and the spirit that finds voice in verses. Starting as a researcher at Punjabi University in Patiala, she went on to become a Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Delhi. Her literary path blossomed with offerings like A Gift of Grace: The Essence of Guru Nanak’s Spirituality; Ru b Ru; Tu Hi Tu; and Masiha, her evocative rendering of Khalil Gibran’s The Prophet in Hindi. Now, with this collection of poems, she gathers the fragrances of past journeys into verses that do not merely speak—they breathe, ache, and illuminate.
