He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and holds other recognized safety credentials, including CMIOSH, NFPA CFPS, and CFSP.

An ICF-credentialed coach, Charles helps leaders develop a coaching mindset, transitioning from directive leadership to influence-based approaches that foster ownership, trust, and accountability.
