About the Book

"I could not deny she looked very happy with the invitation to dinner with the Whitelights. I answered her question with a nod and smile on my face though I was confused with everything. It felt like they arranged something without my knowing and I desperately wanted to know" Poppy, an average 18 year old college girl, discovers that she is a witch by a mysterious new classmate, Kyle. It is said that an evil wizard is trying to fill the magical world of Lavenderia with dark sorcery. Poppy finds it hard to believe while Kyle tries to make her come to his world. Dark magic happens and love blooms in the hearts of Poppy and Kyle. Could Poppy defeat Hollow, the evil wizard? Is the love between her and Kyle lasts forever? Or would it just be another fantasy tale?

About the Author

I was born on the 14th February 1990 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. I grew up with fairy tales and my mother used to read them in the afternoon for me. Both my parents are lecturers and I am the second child out of four siblings. The eldest was my brother and I have two sisters. I was a former Science class student but English language had been my real love. In high school, I made a small group of friends and used to be alone during lunch times. The loneliness encouraged me to write journals for I can easily convert my feelings into words and I held a book in my hand all the time. My friends used to call me 'daydreamer' and thought my writing habit was like 'trying to make a doll alive' and I was bullied when I was 14 because of that. I wrote my first short story when I was 17 and fell in love with writing ever since. I own a diploma In Nursing in 2011 and just finished writing my first novel, One Of Those Girls. Believing that writing is my true passion, I continued doing it and have more than 200 poems written in log books.
